Parisian Chic with Ballet Flats

My love affair with ballet flats began just recently after my trip to Paris. French women know the key to looking polished is to invest in a great pair of ballet flats. There is something alluring about this casual, toe covered shoe that gives your outfit a polished esthetic than an ordinary pair of sandals can. I still love my sandals, but I am loving the Parisian vibe the ballet flats give me...plus, I feel I like I never left Paris.

By now we have established that I have a thing for cute dresses from the Loft. It can be a hit or miss when shopping for the perfect dress anyway, but it's like the stars have aligned this season and they keep coming out with really pretty dresses. I don't work for the Loft, but I "will work for dresses" if they let me.  This gingham dress has to be one of my favorites so far. It's light weight and cool for hot summer days, plus it will be perfect with black booties and a leather jacket for the fall!
