The Return of the Jumpsuit

Talk of jumpsuits takes me back to the 80's when we wore jumpsuits made in shiny fabrics with super tapered ankles, shoulder pads and patent leather belts. It sounds cringe worthy, I know, but when the band Devo wore metallic jumpsuits meant to be playfully silly in their 80's music videos, they ironically became pretty cool. Well, at least in my eyes.

The jumpsuit today has come a long way with more jump than suit.  The one piece wonder also sold in a short version as a romper, has become a workhorse in my closet. It is effortlessly cool.
