Pattern Play Romper

Okay, I will be the first to admit it: Mixing prints can be very intimidating.  But, it is meant to be fun and allows us to shake things up in a drab sea of monotone .  My stylish future daughter in-law, Rebecca, certainly knows her way around a print or two and shows us how to step out from the neutral-hued comfort zone in confidence.

Rebecca's Print Mixing Styling Tip:

Take Risks! The technique is meant to be fun and eye-catching, so vary the scale of your prints. If the print is small, throw in a motif with an exaggerated print for a print-happy ensemble! Rebecca does this perfectly by pairing a classic leopard bag with her romper, and pairing it with a simple metallic flat.

My son, Christopher, chose to let his colorful Superhero high-tops make the statement. Yep.

As long as you aim for a harmonious balance, the duo will look fabulous together.

Thanks so much for reading!

Rebecca is wearing:
Romper, local boutique, also love this one, this one and this one
Tory Burch Bag, sold out, but similar style here and here
