How to Apply Fake Eyelashes

Turn up the glam volume with long eyelashes that you can apply yourself with these 4 simple steps:

 (Step One)

(Step Two)

HOW TO:

1.  Squeeze a small amount of the eyelash glue on the top of your hand,  this makes it easier to work with. Glue is typically included with the eyelashes ( see step one above).

2.  Using the bottom of an eyeshadow applicator or a toothpick, apply the glue along the entire lash line (see step two above).

3.  Hold for 1 minute before you apply,  this allows glue to get tacky. Gently press the eyelashes along your natural lash line. Glue becomes invisible once it is dry.

4.  Apply a coat of mascara when glue is dry. This will marry the two together and you're done!

Tip:  Apply your eyelashes on last after you have applied your eyeshadow for a natural look.

I feel like a kid in a candy shop when my great friend and makeup artist, April, comes over with her bag full of makeup goodies! April is an Independent Senior Sales Director for Mary Kay and a Professional Makeup Artist that worked with the makeup team at Donald Trump and Melania's wedding! Not to drop names or anything...but that one is a biggie. Check out my last makeup adventure with April here

All of the new spring colors and products used in tutorial are found on Mary Kay, except for the Ardell 110 eyelashes that you can pick up at any drug store.

Hope you are all having a great week, thank you so much for stopping by!

Today I am linking up with these fabulous ladies.

I have never been able to apply lashes by myself! I'll have to give this another go. I host a weekly link up, if you get a chance stop by.
