Shoes And The City

"I've spent $40,000 on shoes and I have no place to live? I will literally be the woman who lived in her shoes". -- Carrie Bradshaw, Sex And The City

"I used to think those people who sat alone at Starbucks writing on their laptops were pretentious posers.  Now I know:  They are people who have recently moved in with someone". -- Carrie Bradshaw, Sex And The City

This is a peek at my daughter's collection of Valentino shoes that decorate her tiny New York apartment.  Inside any NYC apartment, you must take advantage of every inch of living space when closet space is non-existent, so decorating with  shoes, hats or bags  seems to be the norm. There is something so "Carrie Bradshaw" about life in the city. Do you have a collection of pretties that you decorate your home with?
